Late last year we filled a bumch of Woodford Reserve Bourbon Barrels with our GROM. This bourbon has scents of dried fruit, mint, oranges and a little cocoa on the nose.
On the palate you can taste citrus, cinnamon and cocoa. Toffee, caramel, chocolate and herbal notes are also plentiful.
This in combination with our GROM makes The Beast Of Bourbon 2022 again a beast of a beer, if we say so ourselves. Silky soft at first and almost creamy with a delicious warm aftertaste. Cheers!
