Somewhere within our brewery, situated
on the outskirts of The Hague, the
intoxicating power of hops started to
make its presence known. Our inventory
boasted an abundant supply of Magnum
and maltodextrine, a vast quantity of
Talus, and a touch of Sabro reserved for
the dry hopping process. Although such
an extravagant hop overdose was not
necessarily required for a session NEIPA,
once you get locked into a serious hop
collection, the tendency is to push it as
